This program can be taken by itself or as a continuation of the Align Foundations Program. It introduces additional strength exercise progressions designed to improve stability, control, and confidence.
These exercises are appropriate for individuals with scoliosis, including those who have had spinal fusion, and are meant to be performed with proper control and awareness.
